Building on the success of our Supervisor Training workshop held on 3 May 2024 at the Technology Innovation Centre in Glasgow, the CDT in Applied Photonics held another event on Wednesday 30 April 2025 at Heriot-Watt University, bringing together current and prospective academic and industrial supervisors of CDT students.
In an informal and relaxed environment, current and prospective supervisors had the opportunity to learn about the CDT and how it works from our Centre Director, Deputy Directors, Training Programme Manager, and CDT Cross-Cohort Student Representative. There were also opportunities for discussion, questions and networking throughout the session and over lunch.
